These terms set out the basic rules for using AgentPipeline during beta and paid subscription use.
Use of the Service
- You may use AgentPipeline to manage real estate prospecting, client records, call outcomes, follow-ups, appointments, properties, buyers, and reports.
- You must use the service lawfully and responsibly, including when importing or contacting client records.
- You are responsible for your own account access, caller access, imported data, and contact practices.
Subscriptions
Some features require an active subscription. Plan limits, caller limits, billing cycles, and subscription status may affect access to the software. Beta features may change as the product improves.
Third-Party Services
AgentPipeline can connect to Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and PayFast. Those services are provided by third parties and may have their own terms, privacy notices, and availability limits.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep AgentPipeline stable and useful, but updates, maintenance, provider outages, hosting issues, or beta changes may affect availability from time to time.
Liability
AgentPipeline is a workflow and CRM tool. It does not replace professional legal, compliance, accounting, or business advice. Use judgment and review your own business processes before contacting prospects or clients.
