AgentPipeline is built for South African real estate agents and property teams. This policy explains, in plain language, how we handle account, contact, property, calendar, and billing information.
Information We Process
- Account details such as your name, email address, company name, subscription plan, login provider, and user role.
- Client and property records that you upload, add, edit, or import into your own workspace.
- Call history, notes, follow-ups, appointments, lead statuses, buyer criteria, and related workflow data.
- Calendar connection tokens for Google or Microsoft only when you choose to connect a calendar.
- Payment and subscription information needed to manage billing, where applicable.
How We Use Information
- To provide the CRM, call workspace, follow-up, calendar sync, reporting, and import features.
- To save your account and workspace data securely on the server.
- To sync appointments and follow-ups to connected Google or Outlook calendars when you request it.
- To manage subscriptions, support requests, bug reports, and service improvements.
Calendar Access
Google and Microsoft calendar permissions are requested only so AgentPipeline can create, update, and remove calendar events connected to your CRM activity. We do not ask for your Google or Microsoft password.
Data Ownership
Your uploaded client, lead, and property data remains your workspace data. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you import or use in AgentPipeline is collected and processed lawfully.
Security
AgentPipeline uses HTTPS on the live site, server-side storage, session cookies, no-cache settings for live CRM data, and security headers to reduce common browser and phishing-protection issues.
